Help when you need it

M3Ultra TV IPTV Support

Get help adding an M3U/M3U8 playlist or Xtream-compatible source, choosing a Stream Mode and troubleshooting IPTV streams on Google TV, Android TV, Android tablets or phones.

01

Add an M3U playlist

Open Sources, choose M3U Playlist, enter a profile name and playlist URL, then select Save & Open. You can also choose a local M3U file.

02

Connect an Xtream-compatible service

Choose Xtream Login and enter the server URL, username and password supplied by a service you are authorized to use.

03

A channel will not play

Try Retry, test another channel, confirm the same source works on your network, and check whether the device supports that stream's codec.

04

Playback pauses or buffers

Open Stream Mode and use Stable when Lifetime is unlocked, prefer wired Ethernet or strong Wi-Fi, and confirm your connection can sustain the stream bitrate.

05

Restore a Google Play upgrade

Use Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google Account that completed the original purchase.

06

Delete app data

Remove saved sources inside M3Ultra TV, or use Android Settings → Apps → M3Ultra TV → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling also removes local app data.

Before contacting support

A few details help us solve it faster.

Tell us whether you use Google TV, Android TV, an Android tablet or an Android phone, plus the device model, Android version, M3Ultra TV version, source type and exact error shown. Never send your password.

A

Check another channel

This helps separate a single unavailable stream from a wider source or network problem.

B

Restart the app

Close M3Ultra TV fully, reopen it and load the saved source again.

C

Record the error

A photo of the error screen is useful, but hide URLs, usernames and other private details.
