1. Agreement and eligibility
By downloading or using M3Ultra TV, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. What M3Ultra TV provides
M3Ultra TV is software that organizes and plays media sources supplied by the user. The app can read M3U/M3U8 playlists and connect to compatible services using credentials entered by the user.
M3Ultra TV does not provide, host, resell, recommend or bundle television channels, playlists, streaming accounts or media subscriptions. KmanTec is not affiliated with the providers, broadcasters or trademarks that may appear in a source selected by a user.
3. Your sources and content rights
You are solely responsible for every URL, playlist, account and stream you connect to M3Ultra TV. You represent that you have all permissions, licenses and legal rights required to access and view that content in your location.
You remain responsible for the terms, privacy practices, availability, charges and conduct of any third-party provider. KmanTec does not control or endorse third-party content and cannot verify the legality or reliability of a user-provided source.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use M3Ultra TV to:
- Access, reproduce or distribute content without authorization.
- Circumvent access controls, digital rights management or territorial restrictions.
- Violate copyright, privacy, consumer-protection or other applicable laws.
- Attack, probe, overload or interfere with any network, provider, device or service.
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Limited application license
Subject to these terms, KmanTec grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use M3Ultra TV on supported devices for lawful personal use. The app, branding, design and original software remain owned by KmanTec and its licensors.
6. Google Play purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play billing terms. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds and account eligibility may vary by country. A purchase unlocks only the features described in the applicable store listing; it does not include any channel or media service.
7. Free plan and advertising
The Free build for Android phones and tablets may display Google-served advertising on the Home screen. Lifetime users do not receive these ads. The Google TV and Android TV build does not package the Google Mobile Ads SDK; Free TV users may occasionally see an M3Ultra TV upgrade message while video continues playing.
Free-plan limits and the reasonable frequency or placement of advertising and upgrade messages may change as the product develops. M3Ultra TV will not deliberately lower stream resolution, reduce playback quality or interrupt an active stream to compel a purchase. Details of advertising-related data handling are provided in our Privacy Policy.
8. Compatibility and availability
Playback depends on your device, codec support, internet connection, provider configuration and the source itself. A 4K label or stream does not guarantee 4K output. Providers can change or discontinue a source without notice.
We may improve, replace or discontinue app features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, policy compliance or product development.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M3Ultra TV is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, source compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KmanTec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a third-party source, unavailable content, network interruption, loss of local settings or misuse of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
Your license ends if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. We may update these terms as the app or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
