Privacy Policy

M3Ultra TV is designed to play your IPTV source without turning your playlist, credentials or viewing history into a KmanTec cloud profile. This policy explains exactly what stays on your device, what connects directly to your provider and the limited situations in which information reaches us.

1. Scope and controller

M3Ultra TV is developed and published by KmanTec. This Privacy Policy applies to the M3Ultra TV Android application, the website at m3ultratv.com, and messages sent to our support address.

M3Ultra TV is a media player for sources supplied by the user. We do not operate a television service and do not provide channels, playlists or content subscriptions.

2. Information stored on your device

The app can store the following information locally in its private application storage:

  • Playlist profile names, M3U/M3U8 URLs and the active source selection.
  • Xtream-compatible server addresses and usernames.
  • Xtream-compatible passwords encrypted using Android Keystore.
  • Playback preferences, buffer selection and the last successfully played channel.
  • Favorites, recently watched channels and per-channel guide matching.
  • XMLTV guide URLs and a time-limited local cache of programme information.
  • A salted parental PIN hash and the channel groups you choose to lock.
  • Temporary media cache and private channel snapshots created from content you play.

KmanTec does not receive or upload this local information to a KmanTec server. The app has no KmanTec account system or cross-device cloud synchronization. Android cloud backup is disabled for the application so these private app files are not copied to a Google backup by M3Ultra TV.

In practical terms: opening the app, organizing channels, searching, adding favorites, viewing recent channels or using the local TV guide does not create a KmanTec-hosted viewing profile.

3. Network connections and streaming providers

When you open a playlist or play a stream, your device connects directly to the URL or provider you selected. That provider may receive technical information normally included in an internet request, such as your IP address, device network information and request headers. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.

Channel logos, programme guides, movie or series artwork and media segments are requested only as needed from the source or guide URL you selected. M3Ultra TV does not route these requests through a KmanTec server and does not sell or share your playlist credentials with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Google Play purchases

If you purchase an upgrade through Google Play, Google processes the payment under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play terms. KmanTec does not receive your full payment-card details. The app receives purchase status and related identifiers required to unlock, acknowledge and restore your entitlement.

5. Advertising in the Free mobile version

The Free build for Android phones and tablets uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. When an ad request is permitted, Google and its partners may process information such as your IP address, device and app identifiers, advertising identifier when available, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics and your consent choices. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted by your choices and applicable law, ad personalization. M3Ultra TV does not provide your playlist URL, Xtream-compatible credentials, channel names, guide data, favorites, viewing history, parental PIN information or private snapshots to Google Mobile Ads for targeting. Ads appear only on the mobile Home screen and do not replace or interrupt video playback.

The Google TV and Android TV build does not package the Google Mobile Ads or User Messaging Platform SDK. A Free TV user may occasionally see M3Ultra TV's own upgrade message after successful channel changes; this is not a paid third-party advertisement and video continues playing behind it.

After Google Play confirms a Lifetime entitlement, the app does not initialize or request Google ads. Where required, Free mobile users can revisit their consent choices through the app's Privacy choices entry point.

6. Support communications

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address, message and any attachments. We use it only to answer your request, diagnose reported problems, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Please do not send playlist passwords, payment-card information or content that you are not authorized to share.

7. Website and hosting information

This website does not use an account system, advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Our hosting and security provider may process basic request information, including IP addresses, browser details and security events, to deliver and protect the website under its own privacy terms.

8. Retention, security and deletion

Local application data

You can delete local M3Ultra TV data by removing saved sources in the app, clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app. Guide cache, favorites, recent history, group locks, temporary media cache and private snapshots are also removed when application storage is cleared.

Support messages

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no device or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children

M3Ultra TV is a general-audience media utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a KmanTec account because the app does not provide one.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, law or our service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
